The same account buys, too.
You are a provider on Monday and a customer on Saturday. There is no separate buyer account and no switch to flip. What you need may already be nearby: find the person who can do it, make it or sell it.
And if you have nothing to sell right now, that is fine. An account is enough to browse, message and buy.
Before you create your profile
Is my phone number or address shown?
No. Your phone number is only for signing in. A Person profile cannot hold a street address at all. People see a rough distance, such as “About 2 mi away”.
How long until my profile is live?
A person at Localsville reads every new profile before it goes live. You will see its status in the app.
Do I have to take payment in the app?
Messaging is always free, and nobody has to pay through Localsville to talk to you. A quote accepted in the app is paid in the app.
Does adding more offerings rank me higher?
No. The number of offerings is not part of the ordering. Keeping your profile up to date does help a little.
Can I have more than one profile?
An account holds one Person profile. The same account can also create Places. About Places
Will customers rate me?
No. Localsville has no star ratings and no public reviews.
