Terms before activation
You accept the Local Partner Terms before your membership activates.
Refunds
Enrollment is free today, so there is nothing to refund. If a membership fee applies in future, any fee paid is non-refundable after activation and not prorated, except where required by law, for a duplicate or erroneous charge, or when Localsville fails to activate the membership through its own error.
