I help BMW and MINI owners understand what is happening with their car and decide what to do next.

I can listen to symptoms, scan and diagnose problems, review repair estimates, explain a mechanic’s recommendations, and help identify what is urgent and what can reasonably wait. I can also help with minor hands-on work when it is something I can safely handle.

I’m not here to sell unnecessary repairs or convince you that every warning light is an emergency. Sometimes the most useful answer is simply: “This is probably what’s happening, this is what I’d check next, and this is what I wouldn’t replace yet.”
